Through it, he sees several optical illusions, all of which make him think that there is a shark in the park. The story is humorous and is about a little boy in the park with his new toy, a telescope. The text is large enough so that it could easily be read by children several feet away. However, it would be an excellent choice for a large reading circle where one person is reading it to a large group of children. At 20.5 inches by 14.5 inches, this book would be difficult for the youngest of readers to manipulate well enough to read it by themselves. ![]()
